Engineering leader with 20+ years of progressive experience, having grown from hands-on test automation architecture through QA management to directing full-stack engineering organizations. At Merchant e-Solutions, I rose through four roles over nearly 10 years — from Senior Test Automation Architect to Director of Engineering — ultimately owning a $6M budget, leading 60+ engineers across 4 countries, and reporting directly to the CTO. I led the migration of core payment processing platforms (Authorization, Clearing, Settlement, Billing, Onboarding) from on-prem to AWS, while building the CI/CD, DevSecOps, and data engineering capabilities from the ground up.
